EDI GENTRAN - using two translation objects

Subject: EDI GENTRAN - using two translation objects

I set up a partner to use an export and a print translation map. But
the print map stoped working when I added the export map. Is it
possible for the partner to use both maps and if yes then is it a
setting that I forgot to use or am I missing something. If no why not?
