Yes it is possible to use both maps. I think your
problem arises from the fact, that you probably have
this trading partner to export automatically once this
transaction is received. If you get rid of this
setting, when the transaction is received it will
remain in your In box. Then first you would need to
print out the transaction, and then when you export
it, it will be automatically sent to the archives.
