Re: ++ H-1B Visa Limit Pinches Some Firms
So in 90's the goverment opens up the visas to the computer types to
help with the Y2K problem. After that the ecomony takes a hit and
jobs are hard to come by; so the government closes up the visas to the
computers types. Then companies go off-shore for computer work.
What's wrong with this picture?
