Wrapped AS2 using Bizmanager

I am getting errors when a new trading partner sends me their AS2
data wrapped.

I am using Bizmanager400 and TrustedLink400.

Does anyone know what may need to be done differently in order to
receive wrapped AS2 data or if there are any know problems with this?
