Tax info on PO

I have a client that wants to put a "taxable/non-taxable" indicator on the
outgoing EDI 850. I assume this information goes on the TAX segment
(TAX12) within the PO1 loop. I am also assuming from the standards that if
you say something is exempt from taxes you need a tax exempt code which
goes in TAX01. Can someone verify this for me?
