EDI job openning
Greetings from the Philippines!
We are a country of nice beaches and beautiful
people:)
I am currently in need of people who have experience
in EDI, GENTRAN specifically. There is a job openning
here and all are invited to submit their application.
Listed below are certain requirements that are
necessary or at least the equivalent to it.
ALL NOYPIS are encouraged to apply.
Here they are:
-Must have 2 to 3 years of application development
experience on
mainframe MVS, midrange or equivalent systems.
-Experienced with EDI translator applications or third
party packages
(e.g. GENTRAN)
-Sound mainframe programming skills in COBOL, MVS
JCL/Utilities, CICS
and jod scheduling or the equivalent to this.
-Experience with installing, maintaning, or using
complex vendor
packages.
-Exposure to Procurement and/or Accounting and
Financial Applications.
-Exposure to web-based e-commerce systems, and;
-Should have experince with midrange platforms such as
the AS400 and NT
servers.
