What platform are you planning to run it on? Linux? AIX? Win32? z/OS?

I think the biggest constraint you'll find is the platform on which you
can run it (you'll need a 64-bit platform) and the architectures for which
the WebSphere binaries are compiled (they'll need to be 64-bit, as well).

Otherwise, you would just be running 32-bit software on a 64-bit machine.
