<JOBS> Oracle Applications Expertise Needed
Good Afternoon-
DCS seeks a person with at least two years Oracle Applications development
experience to help implement customer oriented EDI for a manufacturing firm
selling to mass merchants. A plus would be experience setting and testing
connections to/from the Oracle EDI/E-C Gateway. This means experience
setting pointers to/from Oracle Applications' tables to the intermediate
file needed by the Oracle EDI/E-C Gateway. You do not need experience with
the Oracle XML Gateway.
Please also list and describe your experience with the EDI and AS2 utilities
with which you are familiar. EDI and AS2 experience is not required, but is
useful.
Other Information
* Approximately 80 hours work will be needed in late July and August, 2004,
for the first phase. Time requirements for the second phase have not been
determined.
* The employment status is independent contractor (1099).
* The work will occur in Minneapolis, MN, or Sioux Falls, SD; and perhaps
remotely from your home lab. Travel expenses will be paid.
* Previous experience doing consulting and working at a medium sized
company is preferred.
* Please specify in your reply the compensation rate desired.
* Proof of permission to work in the United States is required.
* Employees of existing or past DCS customers are not eligible.
