Bonjour Bob,
Here is what I know about Cyclone and iSoft over the last year:
Cyclone's management has been stable, they are not profitable and
burning VC money, and had a 20-25% reduction in force.
iSoft has fired their CEO, the CFO and VP of support have left the
company, burning VC cash, over 50% of their workforce has been let
go, and under investigation from the BSA for software license
violations.
