Dear A,

I wonder why you take the time to express such strong opinions, but don't
disclose your identity. Wouldn't that make your information more credible?
Anybody can say anything on the internet. Much of it is worthless. Those
who stand by what they say aren't afraid to sign their work.

Sharon,

In response to your post (AS2 vendor info), as a long time user of iSoft
products and a Product Advisory Board Member, I am particularly familiar
with the iSoft management and technical staff. As such, I can tell you that
the previous iSoft CEO was not fired, he resigned to pursue other interests,
but remains a major shareholder and iSoft board member. The current iSoft
President/CEO has been directing the company from their Dallas offices for
over 18 months and continues to grow the company and business. The CFO left
the company to pursue a previous interest in the banking world and the VP of
Support left to pursue interests that were geographically closer to home.

Regarding your comment about iSoft burning through their VC cash and losing
half their workforce, it is my understanding that they are about two weeks
away from a very large funding round and are actually in a growth mode. They
have added six people in the last two months and have had no trouble
maintaining their staffing levels for the last 18 months. The BSA
investigation involves one disgruntled individual who is no longer with the
company and iSoft is cooperating fully.

My experience with iSoft has been exceptional. They are proactive,
responsive and have products that are consistently reliable with feature
sets that are unique to the industry. Sharon, I am not sure where you get
your information, but anyone with a concern should feel free to contact Roy
Hogsed, iSoft President and CEO directly as he has always had and open door
policy. I am sure he will be pleased to confirm all of the information I
have provided here.
