I will ditto that about the CEO's open door policy. I too have spoken
with Roy when another issue came up on this list about their viability.
Roy spoke frankly with me about the issue and I appreciated that.

<Rant on>
Honestly, someone has it out for this company and will try to attack it
every way it can except on price, how well the product works, and support.
<Rant off>

I do know that the few times I do call Isoft some one always answers the
phone. It may be to tell me that someone will have to call me back but
at least I can get a human on the phone. Which is more than I can say
about alot of other software vendors.

products and a Product Advisory Board Member, I am particularly familiar with
the iSoft management and technical staff. As such, I can tell you that the
previous iSoft CEO was not fired, he resigned to pursue other interests, but
remains a major shareholder and iSoft board member. The current iSoft
President/CEO has been directing the company from their Dallas offices for over
18 months and continues to grow the company and business. The CFO left the
company to pursue a previous interest in the banking world and the VP of
Support!left to pursue interests that were geographically closer to home.

half their workforce, it is my understanding that they are about two weeks away
from a very large funding round and are actually in a growth mode. They have
added six people in the last two months and have had no trouble maintaining
their staffing levels for the last 18 months. The BSA investigation involves one
disgruntled individual who is no longer with the company and iSoft is
cooperating fully.

and have products that are consistently reliable with feature sets that are
unique to the industry. Sharon, I am not sure where you get your information,
but anyone with a concern should feel free to contact Roy Hogsed, iSoft
President and CEO directly as he has always had and open door policy. I am sure
he will be pleased to confirm all of the information I have provided here.
