I normally would not respond to a post but you have endorsed of my
position.
In my opinion:
Doesn't it raise a red flag when the CEO and Founder of the
company "resigns to pursue other opportunities"? and major
strategic "C" levels in the organization leave a company the size of
iSoft "to pursue other opportunities"?
Doesn't it raise a red flag when the company didn't make payroll a
few months ago?
Why would management dilute it's equity to get a "very large funding
round" unless it is having serious problems generating revenue?
Doesn't it raise a huge red flag that a SOFTWARE COMPANY! is having
to "cooperate fully" with the Business Software Alliance for
licensing violations?
