I don't know how long you have been on the list, but here are a few tips
you may wish to be aware of.

Subscribers on this list like having real names to respond to.

Subscribers also like to see details concerning the position. They like
to see both the requirement and the compensation offered. You don't have to
post the principal's name.

Lastly, the people are professionals and will welcome proper job
advertisements and treat them in a professional manner. Conversely, they
will ignore cattle calls just flung into the ether.

I hope you take my post as intended, a bit of constructive advice. I like
seeing people get employed as much as anyone.
