I'd have to agree that Gentran 5.3.1 is a pig.. If your doing any volume of
data this is not the product to use!!! If you have more 10000 records you
should consider deleting some of your old data... I've noticed that between
10000-15000 documents the software does do some crazy things..
Two other things that you might have to try.
1)in your commerce connection folder there is a transrpt folder... transfer
all files from that directory over to a temp folder. Making sure that
directory is clean.
2) goto Tools - Cleanup - tempfiles. Delete any temp files.
Let me know how it goes after that... Hopefully that should bring your
system back to some sort of functionality..
