Send all your clients that are faxing you a nice Excel worksheet that they can
fill out on their computers. Have them email you the worksheet so that you can
extract the data.
Setup a web page so that they can enter the orders and print a hard-copy for
their records.
Tell them that it's "EDI or the Highway". (I/m sure that your boss will like
that one <bg>)
