Guys, you've got it all wrong.

He asked for help.

Chill a little. Either help, or don't, but don't expect everybody to ask
questions exactly the same way and to march in the same lock-step and don't
belittle the requestor, or this group in this manner.

A complete and utterly untrained newbie should feel safe to ask any
questions here without fear of repercussion.

Half the time this list is God's gift to e-commerce workers, the other half
it can be like a bad high-school clique story. I'm just happy that he
didn't have a name you guys could pin to an off-shore operation or we'd be
listening to yet another rant of a different topic.

Now, I respect your knowledge, skills and expertise. Don't demean yourself
with unprofessional behaviour. If you don't want to share, then fine,
don't..
