RE: Changing VANS

I have used the Inovis VAN for many years now. We have only had one
system problem in almost 5 years and this one problem was resolved in a
few hours. They have decent phone support and on-line tools to manage
our transactions if needed. We currently connect to them via AS2 but
previously used a dial up connection. I would give them a solid 9 out of
10.

Subject: [EDI-L] Changing VANS
Hello all,
I am considering a VAN change from Sterling:Commerce to Inovis. The
reason for change is the cost, but I am concerned that the old addage
"you get what your pay for" is going to come back and bite me. Has
anyone gone through a VAN change and have "horror" stories to tell?
Does anyone use Inovis and have a rating? Thanks for your input.
