Ken...

Rather than Inovis, you might want to look at ICCNet, out of New York. I've
switched a few of my clients to them and am recommending them to all my
clients. They're substantially cheaper than most VANS, and provide excellent
service. My clients have had no issues with them.

Any 'horror stories' I've run into all revolve around Sterling and Inovis.
That's the reason I'm recommending ICCNet to my clients.

Hello all,
I am considering a VAN change from Sterling:Commerce to Inovis. The
reason for change is the cost, but I am concerned that the old
addage "you get what your pay for" is going to come back and bite
me. Has anyone gone through a VAN change and have "horror" stories
to tell? Does anyone use Inovis and have a rating? Thanks for your
input.
