We switched our VAN service from what was then GEIS to what was then
Harbinger (now Inovis) in app 2001and have stayed there since, and the
reliability and service have been just fine. I would recommend that you
take on the task of communicating/coordinating the move with your
trading partners and not leave that up to Inovis (or any other VAN, for
that matter). The only problems we have had with Inovis have related to
getting needed information from their sales people and having to jump
through hoops to correct occasional billing errors.

Hello all,
I am considering a VAN change from Sterling:Commerce to Inovis. The
reason for change is the cost, but I am concerned that the old
addage "you get what your pay for" is going to come back and bite
me. Has anyone gone through a VAN change and have "horror" stories
to tell? Does anyone use Inovis and have a rating? Thanks for your
input.
