Thanks Wayne, I appreciate the grammatical
corrections. I will remember that for the future. I
am not taking it personally, I just find it hard to
believe that someone who has no income right now
wouldn't want to know of any position - any level -
anywhere. The bill collectors don't care if you have
to hold out for more cake, set the pride aside and do
what is best for your families. The market will be
back, lets hope though, that we haven't alienated
prospective employers by being unreasonable in hard
market times. Business hasn't stopped during these
hard times, it still needs to go forward. Being
there now for a company shows more than holding out
and crying when they have no chioce but to send the
job overseas. Once the job is gone to Sand Land, do
you really think we'll ever get it back? I am not
trying to incite a riot but I mean we lets be fair!
