RE: Re: Changing VANS

As far as the communications issues researching goes with us and Inovis
I have likely spent about 3 hours in the past 5 years as we never, knock
on wood, loose transactions.

Subject: [EDI-L] Re: Changing VANS
Ken,
We moved from GXS to Inovis last January and have been extremely
satisfied with our decision to move.
Pricing was so attractive (especially compared to GXS) that it caused me
to do even more research because I thought the same thing about "you get
what you pay for". Even after all the research and my own reference
checking......we decided to move to Inovis and I have no regrets.
(Well, I have one...I wish we would have moved to Inovis
sooner!.)
As for network service.....we are connecting to Inovis via IP through
our TLE software. (We were connecting asynch with GXS.) We saw amazing
improvements in our communication times and support times in going to
Inovis. We went from 15-20 minutes transmission times on GXS
to less than 5 SECONDS with Inovis (this includes translation!!!).
I was spending 20+ hours a month researching an average of 30 comm
problems with GXS, investigating missing documents that were marked
at GXS, but not yet received by us. In the last 6 months, I've
spent less than 30 MINUTES per month on Inovis comm issues.
If I had to rate Inovis on a 1 to 10 scale (10 being the best), there is
no question I'd give them a 10+ !!!
Feel free to email me directly if you want any more info on our move to
Inovis.
Just a note, ICCNet is out of Atlanta...not New York.
