Inovis so far has not been able to offer a truly compative prices based
on the volume we are trading with them right now.
We are serisly considering moving Inovis traffic to GE and QRS who are
eager to get Inovis business.
We are currently under a contract with GE, wich brings to a a 1/3 of KC
rate we have with Inovis.

Inovis service and web-based tracking system is good, with a very few
outages, however their customer service and sales could be better.

My 2 cents. Don't want to post this to the group, since a lot of people
have been angrly with today already :-)

Good luck.

P.S. go with GE instead :-)

Hello all,
I am considering a VAN change from Sterling:Commerce to Inovis. The
reason for change is the cost, but I am concerned that the old
addage "you get what your pay for" is going to come back and bite
me. Has anyone gone through a VAN change and have "horror" stories
to tell? Does anyone use Inovis and have a rating? Thanks for your
input.
