Re: Changing VANS

Reminds me of people network hopping cellular providers.
One thing I notice about VANs is each of them identify key industries
they want to go after and will work to attract companies in those
industries. Kind of like car insurance companies going after different
segments.
Once the comms issues are worked out between you and them. In my
experience all major VANs don't loose data with their basic edi
transmission/interconnect services, which is their core commpetency that
they have been doing for years.. Sometimes you may have special
processes like in network translation, that have specific processes
written by people that may drop some stuff here or there until the kinks
are worked out.
