Highly Specialized Project Manager
Director of EDI Services is responsible for EDI growth and quality
programs with the commitment to materially reduce manual efforts and
costs through the increased electronic submission and high levels of
claims auto adjudication. Responsible end to end management of EDI
processes including receipt, controlling, reporting of inbound and
outbound EDI transmissions with zero defects. Develops and implements
provider outreach programs to increase EDI submissions. Develops and
executes EDI quality programs. Requires significant customer service
orientation to research and resolve provider EDI inquiries.
