Here is a spreadsheet that I got somewhere in 1998... perhaps it could help.
It'd be even better if someone had enough time to create an updated one for
us, and send it out to the group ;-)

There was an Excel spreadsheet which did this. It was publicised on this
list a couple of times a few years ago. I undoubtedly have a copy but I
fear it is buried in an old archive somewhere.
