Meghan,

At Reebok, we did not do this for ORDCHG but for some other transactions that we
wanted to send to SAP but not process right away, we forced the IDOC to suspend.
They would show in workflow and the appropriate Customer service rep for that
customer was notified. They review the IDOC and made any corrections that were
needed. At that point they can release the IDOC to be processed. For ORDCHG, we
put the information on a report that was sent to the CSR. They then made the
changes to the orders if they were acceptable.

Hi all,

Up until this point all incoming ORDCHG have generated emails to the
business. They then would go into SAP and make the changes or reject
them, etc. Now they want this process autmoated, however, they want
the ability to look at them before they go into SAP so that they can
reject them, etc.
ie. we do not want the idocs to load directly into SAP.
Does anyone have any suggestions on a process for this? Any help
would be appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Meghan
