an open letter to sears vendor relations

I needed an implementation guide, so I went to your website. You keep
them locked up tighter than
the gold at Ft. Knox.
I filled in your form to apply for entry to the castle.
You replied:"You were trying to logon to Sears Business Exchange. I do
not see a company by the name of dynamic web in our database. Are you
doing business with Sears under another name, or are you a brand new
vendor? Please let us know what your 9-digit vendor number is so that we
can assist you with your Userid/password or enrollment."
I wrote: " I am a consultant to your vendor XXXXXXXXXX. I need an
implementation guide. Since you lock them up, I applied for admission
to the magic kingdom."
You replied: "This notification is automatically generated as a result

Which word do you consider spam? Consultant?
If someone is monitoring EDI-L from Sears ... I need IG for 816 and 864. Ok?
Thanks.
