Sandy,

We have been using Softshare's products for a couple of years now and I
would highly recommend the products, the company and the support. Delta
and ECS are flexible and very powerful products. We deal with EDI in
multiple industries and have not run into a situation that we could not
handle with Delta/ECS, including translating large HIPAA files. The
people at Softshare easy to work with and the support is excellent.
Feel free to contact me if you would like to chat. I used Sterling
products before this...so I do have a basis for comparison.

Hello EDI People!!
I have been working with Sterling products for many years. I am
currently working on upgrading/migrating the EDI system for a mid- size
manufacturing company off of Gentran Director (yes, it is still
in use out there!). I am looking at either upgrading to GentranNT
Server, or migrating to SoftShare. My question - is anyone out there
using SoftShare? What has your experience been with the product?
Would you recommend it?
Any insights regarding product preference would be appreciated.

This company has only a handful of trading partners, but is customer
driven, and has fairly large volumes of data going through the pipe
on a daily basis.

THANKS!!! Sandy
