FW: Peregrine Tech Support
I still work with them and have the same situation that Dave expressed
below. You still get the prove it doesn't work attitude. Not only that if
you point out a problem that has always existed and they don't want to
bother with they say - it's designed to work that way it's not a problem!

My interpretation of their support was that it was grudging. I had to prove
beyond the shadow of a doubt that there was an issue with their product
versus
an issue with our map, hardware, OS, middleware, etc. I once got them to
recreate the same problem, and they fixed it, but the steps up to that point
were arduous, and barely worth the effort. This was a couple years ago,
which
is why I asked when they claim to have fixed TLE support. I have had no
contact
since then. (Our translator was the MVS version.)
