TLE NT Puzzle

I am setting up a new Trading Partner and received 2 test documents.
An 862 and an 830 both 4010. This Trading Partner would like a 997 in
return. Since both documents use the same setup, event, etc. for the
997 - why would the 830 send out a 997 without any problem, but the
862 fails everytime? Any ideas?

I get a warning on translating the inbound 862 that there is no cross
reference in the cross reference table. There IS and the 830 finds it
and uses it just fine.

I looked the error up in the book and it stated it was not found on
the INTERNAL cross reference table - but this is the TP's ID
(External) and not ours (Internal)??? Just for the heck of it, I added
it to the Internal Cross reference table anyway and got the same
result:

W SQL.551: Data ASP-IBC not found on cross
reference table.

I have compared the ISA and GS segments on the inbound - they are
exactly the same except for the Control #'s and the time is a second
different (Other than the obvious PS and SS in the GS).

The 997 outbound map and application set-up is used for returning
other 997's from other 862's and it works just fine for them. Even
4010 862's return a 997 without problem.

I'm using version 4.2.1.
Thanks,
Mary
