You can setup a delivery rule that writes the file directly to the file
system.
We have it setup to pull the interchange from the VAN, place it in a
mailbox, then this mail box has the rule associated with it to unwrap it,
send it to the file system, and then send it through the mapper. We also
send a copy of the post-translation data to the file system. We have a lot
of trading partners who like to dispute things, so having the raw EDI data
on hand is a great way to see.
