RE: AS2
It's been that way since Wal-Mart started pushing mandatory AS2. 5
licenses are 10K in one quote I got. The ROI just isn't there for the
supplier to move to AS2 for one or two or three customers.
The AS2 vendor will argue that they must pay the cost of continually
certifying for Drummond, the cost of support etc. That's
understandable, but I believe the license cost is too high for most
suppliers. As Denise said, "it's cheaper to pay the KC costs", or you
can have the VAN send the data in AS2 to the partner.

You're missing some sales opportunities due to your high prices. You
could bring in some more business if you lowered the cost of additional
licenses.
