I just had to renew Walmart's cert on our system. They create theirs (at
least for us) for 2 years.

According to the WalMart AS2 FAQ:
"PLEASE NOTE: Due to security reasons, our system will not accept any
certificate that is valid for greater than five years."
This is going to give rise to a small industry specializing in renewing
WalMart
certificates ;-)
