It's more a question of industry and volume, and who is available to do the job
;-)

I'm sure that the Accounting Dept at some of our clients have received these
requests... It's a PITA, and _should_ be replaced by some kind of automated
process, but for now.... it's probably going to be you <bg>

To answer your question: No, I've never done it... The closest I've been is a
monthly proprietary flat file with AR Ageing, required by some factoring
companies.

Bottom line: If it means that you can get paid faster, someone at your end is
going to have to prepare it ;-(
