Re: ISA 15 change

I do feel obliged to make one additional comment, assuming you have any
leverage or persuasive power over your trading partner. The change you are
trying to make in ISA15 is not advisable, for several reasons.
1) The "I" code affects all transaction sets within the interchange.
2) The "I" code in ISA15 may not be easily accessible by the reeving
application, depending on the translator
3) There is a more appropriate way to convey the desired information. In
the BPR segment of the relevant 820 transaction sets, ask them to assign a
value of "H" for "Notification Only", or some other appropriate value to
BPR01, the Transaction Handling Code.
