Hi Marty-
You are running the product on a PC, talking to the AS/400 (not natively on
the 400)?
Not sure about the PC version of the software, but in the 400 product you
would need to re-flag your "mailboxes" (or documents) to a ready status,
then restart communications. Sometime during a comm failure, the product
will not automatically recover from the error. Sounds like the package was
waiting for a communication ack back in order to go to a job completed
status, and the line dropped.
I would contact the trading partner, and send again if necessary just to be
safe.
