Depends... Some just take the X12 specs and release them as their own. They
may let you know what's "mandatory" for them, but they go ahead and cover
all the segments and elements that are in the master spec.

I do appreciate a cut down version with only what they need and want instead
of the whole thing... Saves some trees!

Okey why do customers have to write such long winded mapping spec's?

I just printed 55 pages for an 810 invoice and 75 pages for an 850 PO. Why
do mapping spec's have to be so long and boring to read.

Anyone else get long novels for mapping spec's?
