There was an article just today in the local rag that talked about how
Pennsylvania is steadily dropping as the most popular state to accept
out-of-state garbage (which, to keep this on topic, probably does NOT have
an RFID tag embedded in it.)

The reason being that other states like Virginia have rail access to their
landfills, and PA access is primarily via truck carrier.
