Subject: Tools and Techniques for eCommerce
Hi --

I'm writing an article and a presentation on "Tools and Techniques for
eCommerce" and would like to interview
some users on their experience, benefits/shortfalls, etc. with the
deployment of these tools and services. Your insight
on any of these will be helpful.

A. The Guideline Creation Documents, Trading Partner Kits, etc. I'm
currently aware of
GEFEG, Foresight, and Specbuilder. How have you used these
products. What are XML users doing for
documentation?

B. Service Management Tools such as Remedy, Heat and Goldmine.

C. XML tools such as XMLSpy and Oracle JDEV tool. Do you need XMLSpy
if you have Oracle's JDEV?
I'm presuming Microsoft has an equivalent product.

D. Translators & XML Parcers. Which product are you using & what
were the key factors in the selection of your
particular product?

E. Outsourcing XML EDI translation. What service providers did you
select & what were key factors in selection.

Any other tools you recommend?

If you are interested in participating, please give me a call or drop me
an email.
