Yes (maybe...depends on who's asking). I would guess that any group
that spends much time working with TLE finds that their group may have
a better grasp on how TLE REALLY works (and does not) than Invois does.

I understand that everone has different needs. I did not feel the need
to read all about the Op Center, Workbench, Gateway, and on and on and
on. I am already familiar with the component parts.
Again, I trust that you will ultimately determine if there is "Anything
better than Inovis TLE out there" for your specific need.
