Busines process question - EDI & firewalls
Hi group,
The security within our organization is tightly governed that it seems to take
too long to set up the firewall when we onboard a new Trading Partner. It's
unclear to me if we have process or technical issues. When we set up a new TP,
our EDI department submits a request to security and it takes sometimes as long
as a week to turn that around. Does it take others that long? What is your
expected turnaround? How quickly is this done at other organizations?
