Yes. I'm with you until the last line.

Additional penalty for handling? What handling? All the traffic is going to
Inovis, where they will get it, along with all other documents.

I could be wrong, but there should be some way that my VAN can charge me if the
payment terms specify that we pay 100%. The VAN would then remit a part to the
interconnect fee to the other VAN...
