Oh come on already! Carla can look at an EDI
description/tutorial on the web. Then if she could
get some kind person from this group who uses Gentran
Basic to talk to her on the phone and explain a few
things, she should be up and running in a few days. I
have never used Gentran Basic( but I have used all the
other Gentran Products and it could not be that
different)...How is it different from Gentran
Mentor/Server. If I had Gentran Basic background, I
would set up a phone call with her. Dont despair
Carla, it's not that difficult. Maybe she could even
get some person from Gentran support to give her some
help.
