I wrote a fairly indepth response to this yesterday but for some reason it
didn't post? (it's official, I can't get a response out there! :) )

Anyhow, yes, our manager has never cared for gentran and told me to find a new
vendor a couple months ago. He said that at a good time bc the minute we
upgraded to the latest version, it started hanging every night and about twice
during the day during the week. One of the problems is when a collection mailbox
hangs in a "sending" status to a MAPI or Email mailbox~none of the reports in
those mailboxes go out until the services are restarted. We had a case open for
2 months with support. The other one I'm not sure what happens, but I'll look in
the scheduler and everything is just stuck in processing and again I have to
restart.

But now that I've been looking around, I really see how many other features
they offer that I took for granted.
But, it's got to go. :)

and... honestly, I'm looking forward to the challenge... I've been using
Gentran since I graduated from college back in the 90's.

btw, I'm a she. ;)
