We keep a large list of EDI specs online on our links page at:

V3030 is a bit old.  Federated goes back to 3050, JCP to 3060.  The 3030 specs
s/b be close...

If you are mapping an Outbound document, you should really be looking at the IG
(Implementation Guide) published by the company you are sending to.

There is a huge variation in requirements between Trading Partners...
