another round of testing fee's

I was just greeted with an email outlining some EDI mapping changes from one of
our customers.  The changes don't bother me as much as them charging me to test
their new changes they want to implement.

I know this has been on the board before, but it still stinks. This time the
testing fee's are more expensive than the others.  When is enough enough.
