RE: Translator

I would think the first thing to know before answering this would be a
feature list.

Your most likely customers will be small companies who have to support
EDI to sell to a large company. Ease of use and integration with small
business manufacturing and/or accounting packages would be important.

I should say that my own employer would not be interested; we rely on
EDI for a significant percentage of our revenue and would only trust a
translator with a large installed base and the resources of a large
company behind it.
