ISA_15 is the Test/Production flag, and IS followed by a delimiter.
ISA_16 is the sub-element separator, and as you say IS followed by the segment
delimiter. Right explanation, wrong element number ;-)
That means that I am going to have a problem if someone sends me a 10 character
ISA_13 (Interchange Control number).... Ouch!
Has anyone actually seen this, or is it a left-coast thing?
