Maybe it's just a 'tone' thing. 20+ years as an operations manager (not in I/T)
has made me quite solicitous of and deferential to
customers.

Or maybe what is being said here actually says more about the quality of SPS
Commerce's testing regime and/or value as an EDI
Advisor to its clients than it does about BCFs Implementation decisions......
