That was a Minimum charge. Probably means $120/year to setup, no documents, no
KChars, web access. Everything else is probably extra.

I've got a client starting with Kohls, who made the GXS UPC catalog mandatory.
Their 'special' price is about $700 CDN for the 1st year, and $450 CDN each
following year.

For 10 UPCs.
